Ingredients Yogurt Parfait

  • ¾ cup of low fat plain yogurt
  • ½ tbsp sugar/honey or calorie free sweetener to taste
  • ½ cup of fruit, sliced (fresh or canned in light syrup)
  • ¼ cup of granola (or cereal)

Directions

    1. Mix the yogurt with your chosen sweetener.
    2. Add the fruit.
    3. To it with the granola (or cereal).
