Dawn Noe, RDN, LD, CDCES
Dawn is a dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist. She has experience working for Joslin Diabetes Center and the Cleveland Clinic Diabetes Center where she initiated a remote monitoring program for people with diabetes and obesity. Dawn is passionate about using nutrition, diabetes technology, and digital healthcare to maximize the care and support for people with diabetes. Dawn is currently in private practice.







Natalie Belini

Natalie J. Bellini DNP, FNP-BC, BC-ADM, CDCES

Natalie Bellini, DNP, FNP-BC, BC-ADM, CDCES is an Endocrine Nurse Practitioner at R&B Medical Group in Buffalo, NY, and is a Faculty Advisor for Close Concerns. Dr. Bellini earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Drexel University and Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice from D’Youville University. Dr. Bellini holds board certifications as a family nurse practitioner and in advanced diabetes management. She is an adjunct faculty member for D'Youville University, teaching endocrinology in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, including pathophysiology, pharmacology, and adult health classes. She has published studies on topics including the use of GLP-1 agonists in patients with Type 1 diabetes and using technology in diabetes management. She has been a speaker nationally and internationally regarding diabetes management and the impact of technology on diabetes care and outcomes.

  • Demonstrate how to use BGM and CGM in person-centered care to make medication and lifestyle changes.
