Speaker: Rachel Stahl Salzman, MS, RDN, CDN, CDCES
Rachel Stahl Salzman is a Lecturer in Medicine within the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. Rachel is passionate about empowering individuals to develop sustainable lifestyle changes and to leverage diabetes technology and digital health to optimize their health and quality of life. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as the Endocrine Preceptor for the hospital’s Dietetic Internship Program, contributes to interdisciplinary education, and leads quality improvement studies to advance diabetes care.
She frequently presents at national conferences and has been published in peer-reviewed journals including the American Diabetes Association’s Diabetes Spectrum and ADCES in Practice on topics related to nutrition and diabetes care. She is the recipient of the 2022 Rising Star Award from the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.
