PDFs Troubleshooter

To open the PDF files, you need the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is available at:Get Adobe Reader

Downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader

To save:

  • At the top left, click computer disc icon (far right).
  • A Save a Copy menu pops up. Then Save to location you will remember, i.e. desktop, drive C.


If you find you encounter problems downloading the documents try the following options.

  1. Ensure that you have the most recent edition of Adobe® Reader®. You can download it on the Adobe site.
  2. You may need to restart you computer and then try to download the document again.
