Updates to Nutrition Guidelines for CKD & Plant Based Diets

In 2020, the KDOQI recommendations for the nutritional management in CKD were updated with some significant and exciting changes. This webinar will provide an update on the changes dietitians need to know, and discuss how many plant foods that were traditionally taboo for CKD – such as whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds (and even bananas and tomatoes!) - should actually be encouraged for most people with CKD.
